Hello, My name is Georgina and I am the Owner of Elvavita Property & Developments.

I have always lived in North West London and my journey into property has been anything but traditional. 

I originally trained as a beauty therapist at the London College of Fashion over 15 years ago, building a strong career in salons, spas and later as an educator for the global nail brand OPI. I eventually moved into management and now run a busy beauty salon, bringing together my love for service, organisation, and supporting both clients and teams.

My passion for property began when I bought and renovated a three-bedroom house with my then-partner and builder. Over three years we transformed the home and sold it for a £120k profit, an experience that opened my eyes to the power of property development and the impact a well-designed, well-managed space can have.

As a mum to a wonderful six-year-old son, creating stability and meaningful environments has become even more important to me. This naturally led me toward rent-to-supported-living, where good-quality homes can genuinely change lives.

Through Elvavita Property & Developments, my mission is to provide safe, comfortable, thoughtfully designed homes in partnership with supported living providers, homes that empower individuals to live with dignity, independence, and connection.

I’m very happy to be pursuing a long-held dream of mine: becoming full-time in property by steadily expanding my property management portfolio. I bring together years of hands-on experience, a background in design and renovation, strong people skills, and a genuine passion for creating spaces that make a difference. I’m committed to learning, growing, and building a business that has real social impact.
